Dedicated Toddler Swing Set

After the community voted, which was split, the board discussed and decided to have a dedicated toddler swing set installed. This projected to be done by mid November.

2025 BUDGET AND DUES PAYMENTS

The 2025 Budget was passed at the November meeting with the dues increasing slightly to $205 a month. If you are not on automatic payment you will receive your new coupon book the first week in December. If you do not, please contact us so we can get you a new booklet.
